Most diets limit their focus to calorie intake or macronutrients like carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.  But in reality, there are many other factors that contribute to long-term weight loss success and to your overall health.  By applying a holistic approach to total wellness, not just nutrition, I will help you make the necessary changes to maximize your results.

Life is about finding balance, not living with lists of restrictions, unrealistic expectations or spending countless hours in a smelly gym.  

My goal for each session is to leave you feeling inspired and motivated!  In addition to diet we will go beyond the plate and explore all the key elements in your life; such as love, relationships, career and physical exercise. You will quickly develop a deeper understanding of how to make food and lifestyle choices work best for you while improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.


Six Month “Find Your Balance” Program


There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to dieting.  Together we will design a program that addresses your specific needs and fits within the circumstances of your unique situation.  Using cutting-edge coaching techniques, I will help you cut through the mental barriers that are holding you back while exploring new ways to help you grow and achieve your goals.

Why a six month program? To create lasting change takes time.  It is human nature to want to see quick results but that isn’t always realistic.  Many times we take on too many things at once, get overwhelmed by the changes and eventually burn out before reaching our full potential.  I’m here to make sure that doesn’t happen!


Together We Will:


  • Set personal health goals in areas such as achieving your optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, reducing stress levels and maximizing your energy.
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs to create a blueprint for long-term and sustainable success.
  • Connect the dots between where you are now and where you want to be.
  • Explore and break any bad habits that are holding you back.
  • Create new and healthy habits to help you feel great and provide lasting benefits.
  • Develop a deeper understanding regarding the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you.
