As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I work with clients like you, providing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. Together we will design a program that addresses your specific needs and fits within the circumstances of your unique situation. Using cutting-edge coaching techniques, I will help you cut through the mental barriers that are holding you back while exploring new ways to help you grow and achieve your goals.

TWO 50 minute sessions per month (via phone or chat)
Email support between sessions.

    Couldn’t ask for a better coach to help me reorginize my life and get me on a much healthier path. Betsy has been beyond helpful in helping me reduce my work and home related stress through simple techniques and challenges.
